Hey Josh, there’s actually a lot of stuff going on for English-speaking expats here. There’s poker every Wednesday and Thursday night at the “M Bar” in Seonggeon-dong. Friday night a lot of folks are out at the “Gratzi Hoff” bar expat bar, again in Seonggeon-dong. If your not into the nightlife, there’s softball on Sundays at Dongguk University (I think), plus Gyeongju has an Ultimate Frisbee team. that plays in Daegu. You can join the Gyeongju Foreigners Association on Facebook to meet folks and find out what’s happening around town. Good luck

Hi do you know if there are any potlucks or other events for expats here. My wife and I just got here about 1 week ago and would like to meet some other people. Thanks Josh

Sorry, I’m not a big muffin man myself, but I think I remember seeing a few in Le Tango Du Chat that looked quite scrumptious.
